Guys,

Tanong ko lang po kung ano po ang mga risks at rights kung nagresign sa UAE nang hindi po natapos ang contract? Heto po ang sumusunod:

1. 8 months pa lang sa company, hired ako sa Pinas nang walang processing fee sa agency at sagot ng company ko lahat-lahat pati visa, tickets, etc.

2. My ban ba ako pag nag-apply ako sa iba dito rin sa UAE? Ano ang exceptions sa ban kung meron man?

3. May babayaran ba ako sa company ko kapag uuwe na lang ako sa PInas.

4. Entitled ba ako sa one-way ticket back to Philippines?

Sana po matulungan nyo ako sa mga inquiries ko. Salamat at Mabuhay po tayong lahat.

Paano po kung uuwi na lang ako sa pinas at wag na apply dito, may babayaran ba ako sa company ko ngayon gaya ng visa, atbp na ginastos sa akin? Salamat po sa reply,

nandito po ako sa abu dhabi, uae. di ko lang naedit profile ko, dati ako saudi for 5 years. Ban din pla ako sa KSA, balak ko bumalik dun eh. Buti na lang pala, wala ako babayaran. salamat. Kung tapusin ko na lang 1 year s company, my ban pa ba ako.

under anong contract ka ba?limited or unlimited?if under unlimited contract ka, ok na tapusin mo ung isang taon, at that time, the company will not imposed 6 months ban against u, however u will be imposed an automatic 6 months ban in MOL due to breach of contract. There are ways that the ban under MOL will be lifted like when ur next employer is a government or semi government sector or if not, when u received an offer from private companies acceptable under MOL's ban lifting salary regulations whch is 12k aed salary for bachelors degree, 7kaed for diploma holder and 5kaed for highschool graduate. If under limited contract ka, if u resign and dont finish ur contract, the company might give u 6 months ban and 6 months ban from MOL as well, So all in all 1 year ban!however if u have valid reason to leave the company, and if the company will release u under good will, they will no longer imposed 6 months ban on u,....

paano po kapag sa KSA po magresign, ganun rin ba un tulad sa UAE ang banning?

saka diba dipende sa contract un kung may nakalagay na babayaran sa visa at iba pang nagastos ng employer.

Thanks a lot po s mga info. Great help po ito. Unlimited contract ako at tapusin ko na lang one year para wala ng ban. Salamat. B.S. Accountancy graduate po ako pero job mismatch kasi ang work ko ngayon ay salesman/coordinator sa store.

ok,,,you are not entitled for a ban in GCC countries unless u are charged with grave crimes. That's only a matter of breach of contract, you can apply in any GCC countries and u can likewise come back here after serving 6 months ban! anyways, u don't have to pay anything if u are under unlimited contract as long as u have already rendered a one year service, however the company will not shoulder your return flight ticket since you are the one who breached the contract!
