Clarification lang po. When I ask the agency (RRJM), they cant pinpoint which company I will be assigned. During the interview, I was advised I will report directly to the COO. And the interviewers obviously are from Saudi Arabian airlines. After 2days I went back to the agency to sign the job offer and noticed that the company name is now Saudi Ground Services.

Can anyone clarify this dilemma :-)

ps. Is it normal na wala pa yung actual contract before you do the medical? Kasi yung nakita ko was only a 1-page document stating the offer.

pacencia na first timer po. TIA.

Contract of employment dapat after mo maipasa ang written exam or interview. But, for the beneficial ng company's part naman is ganyan ang style nila para just in case unfit to work ka or may tendency na mag back out sa application wala masyado hassle.

ah ganun ba. so most likely saudi ground services yung magiging company ko. salamat po sa clarification.

honestly, mejo worried lang ako kasi gusto ko sana makita yung iba pang benefits i.e. medical coverage. pero nasunod nman yung advise sakin during interview na every year yung uwi compared to the standard na every 2years after the contract.

today ko malalaman yung result ng medical from Physician's diagnostic. sana ok :-)

nung monday lang i submitted all the documents i.e. nbi, sandamakmak na pics. i also completed all the forms. advise nila is to wait for the working visa and sunod na yung plane ticket then deployment na after that. dagdag pa niya, i have to settle the full placement fee before departure, or mag down na ako ng 7.5K para ma-process na nila yung docs ko.

honestly, mejo hesitant ako sa mga agencies na nagko-collect ng placement and process fees, kasi for sure the employer already procured them the expenses that will incur with my work processing. also, bakit yung ibang agencies do not collect fees?

good thing is hndi muna ako nag-resign sa current job ko. antayin ko muna ung visa at plane ticket.

hehe meron pala schedule next week interview with abdul latif jameel. yung salary range na nakalagay sa advert was SR4000-5000. tempting...
