But we have OWWA na may scholarship and short-term training programs for OFWs and dependents...

nope. but there are some institutions that gives scholarship trainings for ofw and their chidlren with the help of OWWA. :)

ask ko lang po if paano po kumuha nang OWWA membership certificate? OEC lang po kase ang copy na nasa akin...need sana daw yun para sa scholarship application...
