Good day po sa inyo mga kaforumer lalong lalo na po ung mga nasa
Canada.
Alam po nmin na it will take time pa kasi nga kkrating lang nmn nila dun.
PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM ba or ung
Labor Market Opinion.
Pwede nyo po ba paki differentiate ung
AEO and

Hello, Honeypearl..
May I ask, san ang province ng utol mo?
AEO - is a document from Service Canada verifying a genuine job offer.
Kung mag aapply ka ng for PR or FSW stream, you can get extra points if you have job offer. Dito mo kinakailangan ang AEO.
Pwede rin mag apply ang kapatid mo under Family Sponsorship stream(rules vary per province) but this option takes time and your sister must prove their capability to sponsor.
Labour Market Opinion
is needed when an employer wants to hire a foreigner on a temporary work permit. It's basically looking at the job market if there really is a shortage of people in that field, has the employer advertised for people locally, is he offering competitive wages in that industry etc. Employer can either apply for an LMO for a specific person he wants to hire or in many cases big companies will apply for several LMO's at once in their field so they can hire foreign workers faster as they find somebody who is qualified. Positive LMO is one of the requirements for you to be eligible to lodge a visa application in any Cad Embassy or High Commission

Kung meron nang kausap ang ate mo na employer that can provide you a positive/neutral LMO then it's good to go. Start gathering your needed documents for visa application.
Goodluck and keep us posted.
