Hello guys, i am being directly hired in salmiya, kuwait. At naresearch ko yung mga documents needed to obtain a visit visa sa kuwait. Yes visit visa daw muna para mapabilis ang pagpunta ko sa kuwait tapos i convert na lang daw to working visa pagandun na ko.

sa tingin ko po ito ang mga kailangan natin documents before we can obtain visit visa sa kuwait:
1. passport valic for 60 days or more. (at least 3 copies- siguro 1 original at 2 photocopy)
2. Visa application and security from completed by the sponsor
3. Copy ng sponsor's signature as registered for business purposes
4. Copy ng letter of invitation from the sponsor to the business visitor stations the purpose of the visit
5. medical documents

may question lang po ako about sa medical. Since direct hire ako, may required po bang kung saan clinics ako magpapamedical?

Thank you!

hi sir joshua_sx1, i really don't know kung dadaan ako poea. first time ko po kasi magabroad at e tapang tapangan na direct hire  pero i want to do things according to governments ways as possible para kung magkaproblem man ako doon madali ko silang malapitan. Sabi ng employer i need to send them passport copy, certificates and government clearance.

Thank you!

...he he he, natawa ka pa... tuloy ang basa ko sa username mo "tulirowena"... :shifty:

...for direct hire, you have to rememebr 2 things... you have to comply to the requirements of your employer, para maissuehan ka nila ng visa... and at the same time, 'yung requirements din ng POEA, para mabigyan ka ng exit clearances at maissuehan ng OEC...

Kasi employer is offering a visit visa muna para mapabilis daw yung processes and at the same time since they still have to gauge my skill for the offered position. Iniisip ko lang kung visit visa should i register na agad for name hire sa poea?

Thank you!

In addition po sa question ni tuliorowena... is it possible to exit here in the Phil as tourist then when your reached your distination, working visa ang etatak sa passport mo kasi you have the required documents naman.. same din kasi yung status ko with tuliorowena. I got a direct employer in Malysia then she said that when I recieved my papers, i should go directly. What is the proper thing to do po? tnx! :)

Hi Kurohime, i'll share to you a link na nakita ko. Same situation with you.

From a friend ko nakuha,, nakuha daw nya sa agency, she applied for it thru agency pero nun nagaayos na sila ng papel puro misfurtone of events ung nangyari sa papers niya (like wrong spelled name etc. ) so she think na it's a sign na it's not for her.
She encourage me. So she gave me the email of the employer then i directly applied. Designer position po.

Thank you!
