guys, been reading ur post ...meron kami "close family friend" sa AUS, bestfriend ng papa ko sila n his family have been living there for more than 30yrs. They are willing to help me get to australia but hindi nila alam ano kailangan mga papers para makuha ako.
thanks po in advance sa mga sasagot. and BTW i am an professional IT here in Makati, matagal tagal na din ako nag-aapply online for abroad but hindi pa din sineswerte..

...^^not sure na ang policy kung hindi na relative ang ii-sponsoran... but I guess, hindi ito uubra, to the point na kung uubra kasi 'yon, eh di pupuwede nang mag-sponsor ang kahit sino kahit hindi n'ya relatives... and this will eventually result to flooding of application...

...I believe, if you cannot established your relationship doon sa willing mag-sponsor sa 'yo, you cannot use the sponsored family visitor visa (subclass 679)... there are no provisions for fiancé, cousin and friends... so, the only thing left is the tourist visa (subclass 676)... at dito ka siguro nila pupuwede pang matulungan... although, there is no provision for a formal "sponsor" requirement para sa tourist visa, but this will help you to support your claimed of becoming financially capable during your stay in Australia... ito kasi ang isang importantent bagay para sa approval ng tourist visa...

...then, once na nandoon ka na, you can probably start to scout or look for a job... I have to remind you, this is not an approved as practice (i.e. no work)... kaya kung gagawin mo ito, kailangan ay very discreet ang iyong approach... and if you can somehow manage to find an employer na willing kang i-hire, you can probably make an arrangement gaya ng exit ka muna then hintayin mo 'yung visa sa Pilipinas, or if that employer is very influential and manage to do something that will speed-up your process, you probably don't need to exit the country... hey, I'm just only speculating scenarios here base na din sa mga kilala ko na nag-visit or tourist visa lang sa Australia at nakakita naman ng trabaho doon... mas madali na kasi ang assessment mo sa situasyon mo (or other options), once na nandoon ka na mismo... I don't usually advice or opening this approach, because of the risk involved... pero sa mga may kamag-anak o someone na fully trusted nila na sasalo at siguradong hindi sila mapapabayaan doon, I'm giving this approach as last resort...

...it's still up to you...

...gaya nang nauna kong post, you can avail the Sponsored Family Visitor Visa... you need to complete and sign the Form 48S (Application to visit Australia as a Sponsored Family Visitor) and send it back to your sponsor i.e. your mother with all supporting documentations... your mother, will need to lodge at a regional office of the department of Australia using Form 1149 - Application for Sponsorship for Sponsored Family Visitors...

...mayroon pang 3 options... una, through business visa... open sila at willing ka nilang i-adopt kung may US$500K (minimum) at mag o-open ka ng business sa kanilang bansa... pangalawa, through employer i.e. work visa... kung may Australian based employer na willing kang i-hire at issuehan ng work permit... pangatlo, through immigration i.e. immigrant visa... if you passed their assessment as qualified to be a candidate for immigration, this will be the easiest way...

OK lang naman kasi nandito na ako sa USA and unlike him I tried to help my relatives at friends na makakuha ng work visa dito in any way I can.

Nakita ko ang pangit na ugali niya and I vowed that I will not be like him.

Good luck to you at sana kung maka punta ka doon, wag mo kalimutan tumulong sa mga relatives mo na nasa pinas pa.

 Hi
oo nga hwag ka tutulad sa ibang kababayan natin na di inaalis and crab mentality, at whenever there is a chance to help grab it. kc no body knows when is that chance coming again it might not come.... diba.

Base po sa pinsan ng misis ko na nasa Aus which she is a citizen already, there are lots of aspects need to consider sa side ng sponsor...one is ung financial stability nya kc sya ung magiging liable sa lahat ng gastusin mo during your stay (im not sure ha, and natatandaan ko is dapat may $500K na nkadeposit sa bank account nya or deposit transaction within the past 2 years)...and if ever na wala nman syang ganun kalaking pera sa bank, dapat at least my existing FIXED asset sya like house... yan po yung naging inquiry ng pinsan ng wife ko sa Regional Office sa Sydney... Willing po kc ung pinsan nya kunin kame eh pero inaantay nya lang na mgkabahay sya then she will proceed on her sponsoring for us. And during my earliest days dito sa Saudi, panay tawag sa akin, laging nagaalala...hehehe..shes a VERY VERY nice person.. khit na almost 22 years sila nde ngkita ng wife ko..prang sa lovers pa love at 2nd time around... hehehehe  seriously..shes a wonderful person...Wishing her and her husband a blessed life ahead.

I am a newbie here, want to migrate in Australia but the problem is the job experience i have was not in new SOL and General Skilled Migration. But we have a relative in Australia, She is my sister - in -law. And she is willing to sponsor us for processing up to the time we migrate in Australia. What is the minimum time to process our papers? Thanks and regards

Hi guys,

Gusto ko kasi sana e direkta na akong maghanap ng school doon while under visit visa…. So possible kaya yon?

If it is po…..
2) May idea po ba kayo how much ang cheapest vocational course enrollment fee don?

I have been looking for an answer and it leads me to this forum kasi … hope you can help guys!

Thanks po in advance!… :)
