sir. ask ko lng kung pno process sa mga crew-member who jumped ship? at panu kumuha ng passport kung jumped ship crew member?

ang pagkaalam ko sa dagat, at depende kung saang dagat ibaiba ang kailangang effort kung sa pacifico mas malawak kung sa antartika naman medyo mahigpit kung sa indian ocian naman kailangang may SOP sa mga pirata. err saan bang bansa siya nag jump shit ay este ship?

Mahihirapan ang isang seafarer na makabalik sa barko if nag jump-ship sya. Una, naka timbre sa port state control ang details ng seaman na nag jump-ship. I-notify din ang principal at ang agency about that. The agency might file a complaint before the concerned government agencies in Philippines. 100% blacklisted ang crew sa association of foreign ship owners. For example, if the principal is Norwegian, lahat ng Norwegian vessels naka timbre na ang pangalan ng crew na nag jump-ship, so Malabo na itong makasakay pa. They can do it to all types of principals. So malaking problema talaga yan. Ang magagawa mo nalang dyan is change name and identity.

Eh sir maiba po ako..anu nman po sa palagay nyo about my situation..makasakay pa kaya uli ako kase 3 and a half years na kong nabakante as seaman.Lagi ang comment nila matagal na daw pala simula nung bumaba ako baka siguro iniisip nila hindi na fresh ang knowledge ko and hindi na updated sa current situation sa barko..Im praying na may kumpanyang magbigay ng chance saken.
