^it's e-wakala. It's an electronic authorization slip issued to Saudi employers from ministry of foreign affairs. That, the Saudi employer/company is giving the authorization of the agency in the Philippines to recruit on behalf of them.

a wakala is an authorization letter (same like power of attorney) for a party to represent a company on its behalf.

Since ang agency mo ay registered by POEA to process visa for your employer, an authorization letter is required to be validated by our government via documentations presented, kasama po dito ang e-wakala na galing KSA.

Matagal naprocess po talaga ito, lalo ngayon ang higpit ng POEA at OWWA.
