Here's another company, this time it is Libyan: Cifex World Construction Firm. You can read the article titled Labor officer in Libya accused of OFW contract substitution.

The said company worked with the following agencies:

1. Aqua-Gem International Manpower Incorporated
2. Sharikat Al-Saedi International Manpower Incorporated

Mga inutil na kumpanya! Iwasan na ang mga iyan.

I found another article: Migrant group seeks suspension of recruitment agency, which details that Al-Zahran Company has made underpayments and illegal deductions on the OFWs' salaries.

Ironically the said company is in the Top 100 Saudi companies. They made profits by scrimping on their own employees!

Al-Zahran is accredited at the POEA through Al-Ahram International Services Inc.

More on Al-Zahrani Holdings, as reported by the Arab News 52 underpaid OFWs stop work in protest.

Interestingly, the said issue exploded May 2011, but when you check Al-Ahram International Services' website, they still posted vacancies for the said company on September 2011! Check HERE. How can that be? Did the POEA still approve job orders from Al-Zahran Holdings and Al-Ahram despite the complaints from the OFWs?

Another recap of our list... I'll start making this in alphabetical order.

1. Afras Trading & Contracting Co. (KSA)
2. Al Swayeh Co. (KSA)
3. Al-Iman for Contracting (Dammam, KSA)
4. Al-Zahran Holdings (KSA)
5. Arabian Gulf Manufacturers Ltd. for Plastic (KSA)
6. Bader Al-Husseini & Sons. Co. (KSA)
7. Cifex World Construction Firm (Libya)
8. Hamoud H. Al-Hammad for Trading & Contracting Est. (KSA)
9. Nafood Contracting (Riyadh, KSA)
10. NESMA (KSA)
11. SAPTCO (KSA)
12. Shawaya House (KSA)

Mag-ingat sa mga ito! Kung ayaw i-ban ng POEA ang mga ito, then it is up to us job seekers and OFWs to boycott these scrupulous employers.

You can also read the testimonies of our unfortunate kababayans here: http://winnyretail.weebly.com

OLACA was handled by the following agencies:

1. Finest Asia Resources Inc.
2. Meccaj Manpower International Services

Another suspect enters our list: Arabian Gulf Manufacturers Ltd. Co.

An article in the Philippine Star quoted by another OFW website mentions that the hired workers complained about labor malpractice by the said company. Read the article Arabian Gulf Manufacturers Threatens to Sue 26 OFWs in Jeddah.

The said workers were deployed by Armstrong Resources Corp.
