We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with Mechanical background to join our Maintenance Department of Jotun Powder Coatings Saudi Arabia. The position is based at our Office in Dammam Industrial City II and is reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

Job Purpose
Maintain and repair machinery and electrical assets in plant and office premises, such as production machines, electrical panel, fire-fighting system, switchboards, wiring, portable tools, and other related equipment, as per preventative and breakdown maintenance schedules and day-to-day maintenance requirements to ensure smooth operations processing.

Job Responsibilities:

Keep track of maintenance requirements by monitoring preventative and breakdown maintenance schedules and equipment requests to prepare and respond to related maintenance requirements.

Maintain good working conditions of all plant utilities and factory lightings by conducting routine checks on equipments to ensure efficiency of equipment.

Monitor production equipments and maintain related records by logging day to day basis activities, consumption of spares and consumables for maintenance record-keeping.

Carry out electro-mechanical maintenance requirements as per standard procedures to ensure plant machineries are well maintained.

Assist Production Department as and when necessary by carrying out production-related tasks to enhance operational flexibility and foster teamwork.

Adhere to HSE standards by implementing safe work procedures and controlling hazardous conditions in order to ensure safe work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum High School/A-Level with vocational training.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience within Innovation and/or Product Management.
Familiarity with electro-mechanical repairs
