School Credentials...

1. A certified true-copy from your school with CHED authentication (for college level and graduate) and/or with DECS (for secondary level).

Note: CHED (or even DECS) is no longer entertaining individual application for authentication. Your school should be the one to coordinate this. Kaya dapat kapag kinuha mo na sa eskuwelahan mo, may CHED or DECS stamp na. This to prevent any falsification or submission of fake school credentials.

2. Office-of-the-President (or Malacanang) authentication. (OT lang: I always wonder why this is require beside it is a good source of additional income for the Office-of-the-President)

3. Department of Foreign Affair (DFA) authentication.

4. Embassy or Consular of concerned country (your destination).

For Marriage Contract / Birth Certificate / Death Certificate / etc. (any public documents produced by NSO)

...the same, except sa no. 1 which is supposedly to be acquired from NSO itself...

...basically, you need to have a certified true-copies of the documents you want to have "red ribbon" as issued by DFA... and with that regards, just follow the steps I posted above...

...now, for another "red ribbon", you can contact these numbers: +63-915-771-79-52 / +63-02-728-81-33, or email them at customerservice@gifts2pinas.com / YM ID: gifts2pinas_com... nagde-deliver sila ng 24-hour at anywhere in the Philippines... try their choco caramel mousse... one of the best...

I have visited the site of DFA. Hindi kailangang pumunta ng Malacanang para magpapaauthenticate. After ng NSO, CHED - diretso na ng DFA for RED RIBBON...If you want to verify this information, kindly visit dfa.gov.ph and click the authentication for you to know the process...

...hello lanuzasurf...welcome sa forum @onion12@

...i guess if ask ng company mo and ng embassy ang authenticated papers for your working visa then you should have it done...you're in Taiwan so i guess iba ang sistema ng processing ng papers before you get to be hired...kasi po sa nababasa ko dito mostly going to mid-east, normal na parte ng proceso ang credential authentication...

@onion12@ lanuzasurf. Welcome sa forum!

If you have with you your credentials then go to Embassy of the Philippines in Taiwan. That's the best thing you can do for authentication only if your employer requires you to do so.

Have a nice day and God Bless!

share ko lang experience ko tungkol dito...

i applied directly sa school na pinag-graduatan ko..then they gave me a claim stub after 1 week...

yung claim stub reflects a date kung kailan mo i-cla-claim sa DFA yung documents. i went to DFA on the day of the release, then within 45 mins and after paying 100 Php, i got my ribboned diploma & TOR...no long queue, etc...mabilis na ngayon.

or you can go to any DHL offices and give your claim stub, and pay an additional courier fee & it'll be delivered sa ino.

How I wish na meron ding magshare ng kanyang experience mula sa isang State College/Universities as I do believe Iori Yagami came from a school mandated by CHED.

Anyway as darky welcomes you, indeed you are really most welcome... mukhang kalahi nito ang mga dragon balls kai (arigato hai).. hehehe
