A VIP PRIVATE MODERN HOSPITAL, PROCARE RIAYA HOSP. AL-KHOBAR needs NURSES in ALL AREAS URGENT!!!

OPD-BSN-with at least 2 years post grad experience,preferably previous work within a clinic setting
ER-BSN-with no less than 2 but preferably 5 yrs experience in a hosp emergeny room setting
L & D-REGISTERED MIDWIFE,with at least 5 years of clinical experience with C sections, and interpreting CTG's
WARD STAFF NURSE-MALE OR FEMALE with minimum 3 years ward experience in surgical or medical nursing,all competencies of general nursing
ICU- no less than 2 years general ward experience & no less than 2 years ICU experience post graduation, preferably all skills of ventilator management, all central line competencies, & icp monitoring
ASSISTANT NURSES-nurses who have not got board certificates or who have proven skills in nursing assistant assignment with satisfactory references,preferably to those working in the hospital setting
ICU INCLUDES ADULT,PAEDS, & NEONATES

PROCARE HOSP. is a private VIP Hosp. with 80 expanding bed capacity & will fully operate by March 2008. Initial offer salary is 33 THOU TO 50 THOU(ACCDG TO POSITION & LENGTH OF EXPERIENCE,free housing, with free uniform, free transportation from accomodation to hospital vice versa, two years contract, with annual vacation of 30 days plus 15 days public holiday with free ticket.


Accommodation is poor, and the female nurses are locked in after their duty and only allowed out twice a week for a short time
Vacation...The hospital requires each nurse to have a guarantor before going on holiday..which means...another nurse will have to pay a huge amount of money if you don't return from vacation....They are doing this cause the nurses that are there don't want to be there any more....The nurses hate it..because of the inconsistencies as well as the impartiality displayed by the Director of Nursing....She has a group of favorites who can do not wrong while the rest of the nurses are treated extremely poorly....

But check this BLOGS....
They say that they are going to pay you and then when you arrive there are all sorts of excuses why they have to reduce your salary....

DON"T GO NEAR THE PLACE....
